Job Description

Background: The ideal candidate has experience with React and TypeScript, a strong eye for design, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Roles/Duties:

  • Develop and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications using React and TypeScript

  • Data Collection: Collaborate with designers to build visually appealing and accessible UI components

  • Optimize performance and ensure smooth, intuitive user experiences.

  • Translate complex data into user-friendly dashboards and workflows.

  • Maintain and evolve a centralized design system for UI consistency.

  • Ensure accessibility standards and best practices are met.

  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to an inclusive team culture.

Job Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend stacks

  • Strong Communication Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and performance optimization.

  • Experience with Tailwind, styled-components, or other CSS-in-JS frameworks.

  • Ability to turn Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces.

  • Comfort handling data visualization and complex datasets.

  • Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Benefits:

  • Salary: $100,000–$200,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonuses and a full benefits package (medical, 401k, etc.)
